Everyone goes if you just have a reason
As for Skill, I have to say I do believe IamGrunt really is outstanding, he don't seem to have played anyone especialy strong yet in TAD but he appear to crush people with India, wich maybe will make people understand it a good civ.
As for Team I have to pick Andreanicole & Malacar, they so very special, I have reason but people need to have played with them to understand anyway.
Guess this turned out to be a boring post... maybe someone of you can write something more intressting and fun.
