lol no they are free, the server puts an ad banner on top like u saw but other than that they are great forums, u can hide catagorys so its not so clusterd, and people can personalize the forum to their likings forsake must not kno how to use phpbb lol
Oh and that aout the website, maybe i can show u how to do something, cus when u add flash to it makes nice buttons for links and all that jazzy stuff that makes good page...
